Get to Know Me

From a young age, I knew I wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. That calling has guided me through over a decade of experience as a registered social worker and it continues to inspire the heart of my practice today.

Along the way, I’ve explored many healing paths. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work in 2012, became a yoga teacher through SOYA Yoga in 2018, and have continued to deepen my training in mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, somatic approaches, and hypnosis. My journey eventually led me to become certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists, and now I love weaving hypnotherapy into my sessions as a powerful tool for transformation. I am also currently studying a Master of Social Work program with a focus on Trauma.

My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply supportive. Whether through hypnosis, mindfulness, yoga therapy, or talk therapy, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you uncover what’s possible. I am compassionate, grounded, non-judgmental and someone who holds space for both healing and growth.

Areas of focus: Fertility & reproductive health, shifting limiting beliefs, mood disorders, ADHD, childbirth support, and cultivating deeper reconnection in couples.

Approaches: Hypnotherapy, ACT, DBT, CBT, Gottman Informed, Yoga, breathwork & gentle movement.
